Throughout the winter the 50 ski instructors at the ESF in Bernex provide instruction adapted to all age groups and all levels.
For children between the ages of 4 to 5 years old
Let your children learn to ski whilst having fun, the Piou Piou Club is designed especially to teach skiing in complete safety. Your child will learn in a fun and adapted environment. Lesson-length 1h45.

Improve or try these winter sports for the first time (Alpine skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, freestyle, etc.). An instructor will adapt his instruction to provide rapid improvement and a personalised follow-up.

ESF ski instructors also propose off-piste skiing, ski touring, handiski, all as individual or private lessons.
The ESF, in collaboration with the Tourist Office and ski domain, organise torchlight descents on Thursdays during the school holidays. Times are in the events programme.
During the February school holidays for the torchlight descents the Bernex ski-club provides a giant fondue in the Maison Bernolande. No reservations required to have an enjoyable time in a friendly atmosphere.
During the school holidays the ESF organises the Arrows ski test on Thursdays and the Chamois ski tests on Fridays at 12 noon.
